Cancellation Policy
Sometimes emergencies happen that can prevent you from making it to your appointment. Although I completely understand these are unforeseen circumstances, my appointments are in high demand. When you don’t make it to your appointment, another person is missing out on getting their service done as well. So I kindly ask that you please let me know 48 hrs in advance if you know you will not be able to make it to your appointment. There will now be a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations that are not done 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
